1.       Click “forgot password” at the login screen

2.       Enter the email address you use as your screen name (same as login) and click “submit”

3.       You will immediately receive an email that says “click here to confirm this is your email address”

4.       The link will take you to a confirmation page that says “your new password will be e-mailed to you shortly”

5.       You will immediately receive an email that looks like this:

a.       Your new customer account password at Engineering Express is xxxxxxxxxxxx

6.       Then log in as normal with your email address as mentioned before, but with the above password typed in

7.       You may then change your password back to your normal one by clicking “account details” on the right
